The Process Valve System PV1000 series is designed to offer a high level performance of variety solids medium handling. They are required in the fields of many process industry, control and production technology.

The systems are used for process control for feeding and discharging of solids, bulk slurries and pressure pneumatic conveying are the most typically where the system mounted.

Optimum reliable Process Valve System PV1000 series are based on the bi-directional sliding valves for sealing in severe service to protecting process equipment in the event of back-pressure, and suitable for modulating and on/off duty. The series valve system can be actuated by handwheel, electric, pneumatic and hydraulic actuator on demands.

The new generation sliding valve with the core strength of the proprietary seating systems and the sliding board rigorously machined. The disc move across plate surface allows the straight through flow path to reduce slots, turbulence, noise and wear. Upstream pressure and a retaining guide combine to keep disc and plate constant contact when the valve closed.

The construction of valve body will selves shearing and lapping seat to eliminate scratches and compensate machining defects, enormously minimizes the occurrence of leakage and greatly extends service life. Due to there won’t be any material get trapped in the valve camber, the valve can be mounted at any desirable direction.

The linear pneumatic actuators which can smooth operation from speed as low as 0.3mm/s to speed as fast as 300mm/s. The piston actuators are constructed to withstand high temperature and vibrations, and ASME III approved for nuclear regulatory quality specifications.

Variety materials, trims, end connections and actuations can fit any application up to DN600, PN420, 980°C and Class VI.
