The Cooler GC2000 series is designed to lower and stabilize dew point of sample gas to avoid liquid vapor cross sensitivity and volumetric errors even under critical conditions.
Optimum reliable Cooler GC2000 series equipped a compressor-type cooling system to connect with special design high efficient heat exchanger, guarantee the dew point reduce to an expected low and stable value. The temperature is regulated by inbuilt control unit with temperature indication and status alarm contact for further more external control.
The convenient construction enables different material of heat exchangers to be used on varied applications. The streams can be easily adjust depends on required sample flow in need.
The condensate is removed either by integrated peristaltic pumps, automatic drains or collect vessels according different applications pressure. Smart mounted corrosion resistant diaphragm pumps increase cooling capacity and economical analytical system engineering.
The compact designed construction allows simple and easy installation, tubing and wiring. Cooler GC2000 series are maintenance free during system operation.
