The Online Analytical System GS7000 series is designed to offer a high level performance of continues gas components analysis. They are required in the fields of many process industry, environmental and production technology.
The systems are used for process control and emissions monitoring of gas measurement, for gases from the ambient environment, or for exhaust gas and process gas analysis.
Optimum reliable Online Analytical System GS7000 series are based on standardized 19” frame with customized application configuration to determine the concentrations of gaseous components CO, CH4, THC, NO, NOX, NH3, SO2, H2, Ctotal etc. The system is designed to integrate analyzers in principle of NDIR, UV, Paramagnetic, TCD, CLD, FID and FTIR for measurement.
The P01 preheater outlet CO/CH4 Monitoring System is specially designed for interlocking kiln burner, fan and electrical precipitators. The system are used for verify various procedure of kiln startup, shut down and final supervision of calcination process in the kiln system.
The P02 O2 Monitoring System is designed for burning balance control, serves to the kiln and preheater inlet oxygen measurement for process.
