The Line GL2000 series is designed to offer a high level performance of gas, vapours and liquids transferring. They are required especially in the fields of chemistry industry, environmental and production technology. Sample lines are used for process control and monitoring of measurement, for sample mediums from the ambient environment, or for exhaust gas and process analysis.

Optimum reliable Line GL2000 series serve to transport sample mediums without falsification of dew point, freezing and viscosity from the starting point to the termination in properly designed temperature. Chemically resistant sample line and junction parts are able to withstand even highly aggressive gases and vapours.

The series line enables different material of tubing and fitting to be used on varied applications. PTFE, PFA and SS316 are standard and many other materials available. From single tubing line to multi tubing bundle are weather proofed with different kinds of thermal insulation, protective raiding shell and outer cover for vast applications. Insulated, steam and electric traced lines can be used in general purposed area and intended for potentially explosive atmospheres.

The integrated tracing unit can adjust and setting preferred temperature, equipped probe, fitting and junction box to avoid liquid vapor cross sensitivity and volumetric errors under critical conditions. Smart mounted to increase sample transferring capacity and economical system engineering.

The compact designed construction allows simple and easy installation, tubing and wiring. Line GL2000 series are maintenance free during system operation.
